Therapy Sessions
I provide online and in-person therapy sessions for adult clients experiencing a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, OCD, ADHD, burnout, self esteem, and narcissistic abuse.
The first therapy session would involve an initial history taking and an identification of your needs. During therapy, I will work together with you in developing a plan to get your specific needs met.
The outcome we can expect through this process is your improved mental health and psychological well being.
Psychological Assessment
Psychological assessment helps to identify and diagnose mental health problems and conditions, their severity, and provide treatment recommendations.
During psychological assessment, we will explore your history, behaviour, symptoms, and the impact of the symptoms on different areas of your life. I will also ask you to fill up psychological tests, which can provide valuable information about your mental health.
The outcome we can expect through this process is a better understanding of your mental health, the mental health conditions you might be experiencing, and recommendations for further treatment.
Psychological Screening
Psychological screenings are brief tools that help people determine whether or not they want to seek professional assessment and treatment.
Psychological screening tests are not official diagnostic tools. Psychological screenings provide a brief snapshot of an individual’s mental health condition.
The results of a psychological screening can be used to decide whether further psychological assessment is required.
